As a scientist I have known for a long time that Retraction Watch and almost all mainstream so-called "scientific integrity" initiatives are extremely corrupt, deceitful, and definitely part of the problem. That said, I have ALSO known for a long time that Trump is also extremely corrupt, deceitful, and definitely part of the problem. He's certainly not someone that any decent person in their right mind should be celebrating as the leader of the U.S. Hopefully, more and more people are slowly waking up.

Many people have been programmed to hate him so much that they would unalive him and put an outright marxist in his place.
I am in the category of people who recognize the Creator. Marxists have and will unalive my kind when they take over. I will seek to delay this by voting for those who don't outright hate my kind.
I am a medical researcher, not a physician but work along the lines of identifying which treatments are good (or bad) by analyzing and interpreting data, and very often challenge dogma in my own professional work (though in much less controversial fields than vaccines etc.). Personally, I immediately recognized the massive scientific flaws in the mainstream studies pushing the mRNA vaccines, and I really emphasized the fact that the mRNA vaccine RCTs showed "4 killed for every 3 saved". I also recognized the scientific flaws and bias in the mainstream narrative claiming "ivermectin doesn't work". I even told my elderly-ish parents who spend significant time in public settings not to get the experimental vaccines but be careful and keep their immune systems strong etc., and I got ivermectin ahead of time for them, their plan was to wear masks in crowded settings until 2022 and I was totally fine with that as an alternative to the vaccines. (BTW, they got COVID far later than all their vaccinated/boosted family and friends and acquaintances, except the eccentric vaccinated/boosted ones who ALSO wore masks and ordered takeout until 2023, etc.)
As to which presidential candidate is less corrupt than Trump, I don't care about grade-school style popularity contests or groupthink or what is "cool", I care about right vs. wrong, and I would feel quite confident betting my life that all three candidates who ran against Trump, though all significantly flawed, were exponentially less corrupt than Trump (ironically Biden, the only one who did beat Trump, was most likely the worst of the three). The unpopular truth is still the truth. I am not a Marxist or any -ist but I believe "Marxism" is exactly one of the things that you have been "programmed to hate" (using your words) by the powerful and billionaires who have literally THOUSANDS of times more money than you (unless you are a billionaire yourself).

If a critique relies on tropes, insinuations, and ad hominem, how can it be taken seriously in a professional capacity? It becomes nothing but an opinion piece. They claim you're attention seeking. I find the corruption weaved into our healthcare extremely frightening. Pharma funds everything to do with it, which translates into everything to do with their profits. Murder and harms are taking place openly and freely under the pretence of protective healthcare.
