After reading several articles written by Fleming, I get the impression that he is an incompetent medical critic.
I can't help but get the impression that they are investigating nudges exclusively through personal attacks, mixed truth and falsehood, and manipulating human hearts.
The question is who suddenly pushed this Fleming into Slovakia's research.

Unfortunately, his oral presentation is very aggresive and arogant, which results in a negative reception of what is he presenting. There is a running joke in Slovakia about "people turning to corn" (due to genome modification that was suggested by Kotlar). And this study will further increase the public's trust in the purity of covid vaccines. To share some context, prime minister, Robert Fico has nothing to do with this research, he is merely supporting further investigation. The Ministry of Health has now tasked Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS) to conduct a thorough analysis of the vaccines, which will cost us 300 000 EUR (the public is not happy about this ofc). I worry that SAS has no idea how to conduct the analysis properly and they will not find anything. I would be interested to see your opinion regarding the rest of this unsuccessful Fleming's paper. Are any of their analyses correct and trustworthy?

Each arm of the same beast has a different function... yes Nudge units and 77th Brigade, which use wind-up "scientist" like Hotez, who apparently have an inability to read their own bench science.
When it comes to medical freedom organisations, "they" have always infiltrated chaos agents into every consumer-backed organisation that has a legitimate issue. And they LOVE to use someone that some in the movement think are bona-fide, particularly if at the beginning they have something constructive to communication. However, there is something called "the leaven of the pharisees".
Or as was said by someone else... "You could make a batch of chocolate brownies, but if someone knows there is a bit of dog-shit in it, will they eat the brownie?" Unfortunately a little bit of leaven infiltrates the dough....
Chaos agents are fantastic if... they have a seeming value to the organisation, and can be used either, to water it down, (particularly if the founder of the movement doesn't know enough science, and doesn't have the nouse to spot bad actors who talk the talk...) with the purpose of eventual dismantlement, either through hush money, or eventually throwing the sort of sticking mud at the freedom movement that the average unthinking Joe Moron Public will swallow hook, bait and stinker, then infiltrate that poison into the gossip grapevine.
There are several iterations of this flying around since 2021, and the aim is "divide and rule".
I've watched it happen repeatedly for the last 50 years. This is just the latest iteration....

Dr. Richard M. Fleming = Cardiologist, but he is a proficient in the law, and was involved in medical, mail and telegraph fraud in 2007.
He was prosecuted and found guilty in 2009. He probably knows about the heart, but he doesn't know about BioTech.

He is quite good as an actor and makes wild claims that have a sliver of truth
Sadly he appears to have hoodwinked the first serious attempt at a national level to scrutinize the Covid vaccines
